Caliyo is an AI-powered calendar management service that helps users organize, schedule, and manage their time across multiple calendar platforms. Our service includes calendar integration, intelligent scheduling suggestions, meeting coordination, and natural language calendar control.
2. User Responsibilities
By using Caliyo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Caliyo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Caliyo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
Caliyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that may affect your use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Refund and Dispute Policy

Free Trial Period
All new users receive a 14-day free trial of Caliyo Pro. No credit card is required during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with Caliyo. To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 14 days of the initial charge
- This applies to first-time subscribers only
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@caliyo.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We process refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first at support@caliyo.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours of contact.
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription fees after the 14-day refund window
- Partial month refunds (except in cases of service unavailability)
- Add-on services or one-time purchases
Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel
You can cancel your Caliyo subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Log into your Caliyo account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Alternatively, email support@caliyo.com with your cancellation request
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features until that date
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate your account if desired
Data Retention
After the 30-day retention period, your account data will be permanently deleted. If you wish to have your data deleted immediately, please contact our support team.
Reactivation
If you change your mind within 30 days of cancellation, you can reactivate your account by logging in and subscribing again. Your previous settings and calendar connections will be restored.
