Caliyo is an AI-powered calendar management platform that helps you take control of your time. It connects to your existing calendars (Google, Microsoft), provides intelligent scheduling suggestions, and offers a conversational AI assistant to manage your schedule.

Simply sign up at app.caliyo.ai, go to Settings > Integrations, and click 'Connect' next to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. You'll be guided through a secure OAuth process — Caliyo never sees your password.

Caliyo currently supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook/Office 365. We're working on adding Apple Calendar and other providers soon.

Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. In the meantime, Caliyo works great in your mobile browser at app.caliyo.ai, so you can manage your calendar on the go.

Caliyo's AI assistant uses natural language understanding to help you manage your calendar. Simply tell it what you need — 'Schedule a meeting with John next Tuesday at 2pm' or 'Find me a free hour this week for deep work' — and it handles the rest.

Yes! Our Free plan is free forever and includes 2 calendar connections, basic AI scheduling, and 50 AI requests per month. No credit card required. See our pricing page for details.

When you choose annual billing for the Pro plan, you save 20%. Instead of $12/month, you pay $9.60/month (billed as $115.20/year).

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you can export everything or reactivate your account. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.

The AI can schedule meetings, find free time slots, detect and resolve conflicts, suggest optimal meeting times based on your preferences, create recurring events, and provide insights about how you spend your time. Learn more on our features page.

Pro and Enterprise users can create teams, share calendars, and coordinate group schedules. Team members can see each other's availability (without private event details) and schedule meetings that work for everyone.

Calendar rules are automations you can set up to enforce your scheduling preferences. For example: auto-decline meetings during focus time, require buffer time between meetings, or limit meeting hours per day.

Yes! Pro users get personal booking pages that let others schedule time with you based on your real-time availability. Share your booking link and eliminate the back-and-forth of scheduling.

Caliyo provides insights on meeting time, focus time, scheduling patterns, and productivity trends. Pro users get advanced analytics including team-level statistics and custom reports.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and your calendar OAuth tokens are additionally encrypted with a dedicated AWS KMS key before storage. See caliyo.com/security for the full picture.

We support the GDPR data-subject rights — access, correction, erasure, and portability — as set out in our privacy policy, and we delete your data within 30 days of a request. Our servers are hosted on AWS in the United States; EU data residency is not offered yet.

Yes — email us through the support portal in the app or via the contact page and we will provide your data in a standard format. Self-serve export from settings is on the roadmap.

Yes, you can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, calendar connections, and AI conversation history within 48 hours.

Never. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data or calendar information. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Caliyo service.

Caliyo integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. We're constantly adding new integrations.

Yes! Caliyo supports connecting multiple calendar accounts from different providers. You can have Google and Microsoft calendars synced at the same time.

Yes, Pro and Enterprise users can connect Slack to receive calendar reminders, meeting alerts, and AI suggestions directly in their Slack workspace.

Yes, Caliyo automatically adds Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom links to your meetings based on your preferences. Just set your default video tool in settings.
