Delete Your Account
You can delete your Caliyo account and all associated data at any time.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Caliyo and go to your profile.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately. There is a 7-day grace window during which you can sign back in to cancel the deletion; after that, it is permanent.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, email support@caliyo.com from the email address on your Caliyo account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify the request against the account email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Calendar data and events stored by Caliyo
- Connected calendar authorizations (Google, Microsoft)
- AI conversation history, bridges, and bookings you own
Deleting your Caliyo account does not delete events from your Google or Microsoft calendars themselves — only Caliyo’s copies and access. Records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records) are retained only as long as the law requires.
